## Introduction

By accessing or using the SKUFF_MEME (SKM) token, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use or engage with the token.

## Nature of SKUFF_MEME (SKM)

SKUFF_MEME (SKM) is a meme token created for entertainment and community engagement. It has no inherent financial value and is not intended to be an investment, security, or financial product of any kind.

## No Guarantees or Promises

The SKUFF_MEME (SKM) token is provided as-is, without any guarantees regarding future value, price, liquidity, or development. The project team does not promise any returns or financial benefits.

## Blockchain Network

SKUFF_MEME (SKM) operates on the Solana blockchain. Users are responsible for understanding how Solana functions, including gas fees, network stability, and wallet security.

## Distribution & Unlock Schedule

- An initial 250,000 SKM tokens will be unlocked three days after listing.
- The remaining allocated tokens will be gradually released over 12 months.
- Tokens allocated for CEX listings will be unlocked in portions: 10% every two months across different exchanges.
- Event-related tokens will be fully unlocked six months after the event.

## Airdrop Policy

A total of 2,500,000 SKM tokens will be airdropped, with 250 SKM distributed per eligible wallet. The airdrop will take place two months after the initial DEX listing.

## Risks & Liability

The use of SKUFF_MEME (SKM) involves risks, including but not limited to market fluctuations, smart contract vulnerabilities, and regulatory changes. The project team is not liable for any losses, damages, or regulatory issues related to SKM.

Official announcements regarding SKUFF_MEME (SKM) will be first posted on X (Twitter) and then shared on other social media platforms.
