Token Unlock Schedule

To ensure stable growth and market sustainability, we have implemented a structured vesting plan:

1. DEX Liquidity (30%)
• 100% of this allocation will be used for initial liquidity on Serum and Raydium from Day 1.

2. CEX Listings (30%)
• First CEX – after 2 months (10% unlocked).
• Second CEX – after 4 months (10% unlocked).
• Third CEX – after 6 months (10% unlocked).
• This strategy ensures smooth liquidity growth and price stability over time.

3. Event Fund (10%)
• Locked for 6 months, then fully unlocked.
• These funds will be used for a historic global-scale show, breaking records and making history.

4. Marketing & Community (10%)
• 5% unlocked immediately for bounties, airdrops, and marketing.
• The remaining 5% will be unlocked over 5 months (1% per month) to support long-term growth.

5. Team & Founder Allocation (15%)
• 250,000 tokens unlock on Day 3 for operational needs.
• Remaining tokens will be unlocked linearly over 12 months, ensuring a balanced distribution.
• This allocation covers all team expenses and the founder’s share.

6. Reserve Fund (5%) – To Be Burned
• Initially locked, then completely burned after the full DEX liquidity deployment.
